摘　　要：近年来,关于骨形态发生蛋白受体1B基因(bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB,BMPRIB)编码区A746G位点(即FecB位点)的遗传以及生理效应的研究都有了极大的进展。本文阐述了绵羊的产羔性状,基于CNKI和Web of Science数据库分析了近十年国内外关于FecB基因的研究发表情况,总结了FecB基因在不同绵羊品种中的研究进展及影响产羔数的机理,并对FecB基因的检测方法及目前存在的问题进行探讨。旨在为多羔绵羊的培育提供科学依据。In recent years,there has been a great progress in the study of the genetic and physiological effects of A746G site(the FecB site)in the bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB(BMPRIB).This paper expounds the lambing characteristics of sheep,analyzes the research of FecB gene in the CNKI and Web of Science database,summarizes the research progress of FecB gene in different sheep varieties and the mechanism of influencing the litter size,discusses the detection method and existing problems of FecB gene.It aims to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of multi-lamb sheep.
