Effects of Ligustrum Lucidum Extract on Serum and Some Tissue Related Enzyme Activities in Exercise Trained Rats

摘  要:建立力竭跑台训练模型,检测大鼠血清ALT、AST、LDH、CK活性以及肝脏、心肌、股四头肌相关酶活性,研究女贞子提取物对大鼠运动能力和血清酶活性的影响。实验结果,与安静组比较,运动组血清ALT、AST、LDH和CK活性极显著升高(P<0.01),肝脏、心肌、股四头肌相关酶活性极显著升高(P<0.01),与运动组比较,女贞子组血清CK活性有极显著下降(P<0.01),ALT、AST和LDH活性呈显著下降(P<0.05),心肌AST、肝脏LDH活性有极显著下降(P<0.01);肝脏ALT、心肌SDH和股四头肌SDH活性呈显著下降(P<0.05)。说明女贞子提取物可以调节大鼠血清酶和肝脏、心肌、股四头肌相关酶的活性,可能是延缓运动性疲劳的重要因素。This study establishes an exhaustive treadmill training model,detect the activities of serum ALT,AST,LDH,CK,and the activities of liver,myocardium,and quadriceps femoris muscle related enzymes in rats,as well as the effects of Ligustrum lucidum extract on the exercise ability and serum enzyme activities of rats.The experimental results show that compared with the quiet group,the activities of serum ALT,AST,LDH and CK in the exercise group are significantly higher(P<0.01),and the activities of liver,myocardium and quadriceps femoris muscle related enzymes are significantly higher(P<0.01).Compared with the exercise group,the activities of serum CK in the Ligustrum lucidum group are significantly lower(P<0.01),and the activities of ALT,AST and LDH are significantly lower(P<0.05),and the activities of myocardial AST and liver LDH are significantly lower(P<0.01).The activity of ALT in liver,SDH in myocardium and SDH in quadriceps femoris muscle decrease significantly(P<0.05).It shows that the extract of Ligustrum lucidum can regulate the activities of serum enzymes and enzymes related to liver,myocardium and quadriceps femoris muscle in rats,which may be an important factor in delaying exercise-induced fatigue.
