富夹矸近距离煤层合并综放开采合理机采高度研究

摘  要:针对富夹矸近距离煤层合并综放开采含矸率大、割岩比例高等放煤效果差的问题,以大南湖七矿一分区5+6煤合并综放开采为工程背景,基于地质钻孔柱状对应的地层特征,明晰了不同钻孔柱状、机采高度条件下顶煤采出率、含矸率及割岩比例,确定了5+6煤合并综放开采合理机采高度。结果表明:机采高度为2.0 m时放煤口易堵塞,较大的机采高度对应较高的顶煤冒放性、采出率与割岩总比例,均以机采高度为3.0 m为转折点,采出率增幅呈现先增大后减小趋势,采煤机割岩总比例增幅趋势相反;含矸率随机采高度增大表现出先增大后减小再增大趋势,机采高度为3.0 m时为第一个转折点;大南湖七矿一分区5+6煤合并综放合理机采高度为3.0 m。研究结果可为富夹矸近距离煤层合并综放开采的合理机采高度确定提供理论指导。There are some problems in the combined fully mechanized mining of close-distance coal seams with rich gangue,such as large gangue rate,high rock-cutting ratio,and poor caving effect.Accordingly,based on the stratigraphic characteristics of boreholes,we have clarified the top-coal recovery rate,gangue rate,and rock-cutting ratio under different borehole shapes and cutting heights,and have determined the reasonable cutting height for the combined fully mechanized mining of No.5 and No.6 coal in the first division in Dananhu Mine Seven.The results show that the coal outlet was easy to clog when the cutting height was 2.0 m.The larger the cutting height was,the higher the top-coal caving performance,recovery rate,and total rock-cutting ratio.Taking 3.0 meters of cutting height as the turning point,the amplification of the recovery rate first increased and then decreased,and the amplification of the total rock-cutting ratio of shearers was the opposite;the amplification of the gangue rate first increased,decreased,and then increased with the increase of mining height,and the first turning point was when the cutting height was 3.0 m.The results can provide theoretical guidance for the determination of reasonable cutting height for the combined fully mechanized mining in close-distance coal seams with rich gangue.
