摘 要:为提高低孔隙率难注水煤层注水效果,以新元矿井31002工作面为研究对象,开展综采工作面高压脉冲注水和湿润剂防尘注水共同作用效果研究。通过实验对比不同类型及质量浓度湿润剂的表面张力和湿润角,选取最佳湿润剂类型及配比,在此基础上进行综采工作面煤层注水,分析脉冲注水前后采煤机割煤上、下部煤处粉尘质量浓度及煤层含水率的变化。结果表明:添加湿润剂进行脉冲注水后综采工作面降尘率在62%~70%之间,相较于传统注水方式降尘率提高35%以上;煤体平均水分的质量分数为3.12%,平均水分质量分数增量为1.87%。To improve the effect of water injection in low porosity coal seams,taking the No.31002 working face of Xinyuan Mine as the research object,we studied the effect of high-pressure pulse water injection and wetting agent dust control water injection in the fully mechanized mining face.We compared the surface tension and wetting angle of different types and mass concentrations of wetting agents through experiments to select the best wetting agent type and ratio.On this basis,water was injected in the coal seam of the fully mechanized mining face to analyze the changes in dust concentration and water content at the upper and lower coal cut by the coal mining machine before and after pulse water injection.The results show that,after adding wetting agents for the pulse water injection,the dust reduction rate of the fully-mechanized mining face ranges from 62%to 70%,increased by more than 35%compared with the traditional water injection method;the average moisture mass fraction of the coal body is 3.12%,increased by 1.87%.
