摘  要:针对矿井瓦斯抽采过程中存在的安全问题,辨识整理风险因素并划分层次,进而采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCE)对3个一级指标以及12个二级指标进行量化分析。计算结果表明:一级指标中,作业设备是瓦斯抽采安全的首要因素,其次为管理措施;二级指标中,操作规范、抽采设备、瓦斯监控与监测3个因素所占权重最大;基于计算结果,针对性地提出了确保规范作业、关注设备设施的稳定性、加强瓦斯监测等改进措施,有助于提高井下瓦斯抽采风险管控水平。To address the safety problems in the extraction,we identified the risk factors and classified them,and then quantitatively analyzed the 3 first-level indicators and 12 secondary-level indicators using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).The calculation results show that among the first-level indicators,the primary safety factor of the gas extraction is operation equipment,followed by management measures.Among the secondary-level indicators,three factors,namely,operational norms,extraction equipment,and gas monitoring,showed the most weight.Based on the calculation results,this paper puts forward improvement measures to ensure operation norms,pay attention to the stability of equipment and facilities,and strengthen gas monitoring,which could improve the risk control of gas extraction.
