摘 要:为研究纳米增韧剂对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)板及其浸渍胶的改善效果,制备不同纳米增韧剂的浸渍胶和CFRP板,测试浸渍胶的黏度与力学性能及CFRP板的拉伸强度。研究结果表明:随着纳米增韧剂的掺入,浸渍胶黏度上升,CFRP板及浸渍胶的力学性能得到显著改善,其改善效果与纳米增韧剂的种类和掺量相关,其中,掺入质量分数为0.4%的纳米SiO_(2)增韧剂的CFRP板的拉伸性能最好。In order to study the improvement effect of nano tougheners on CFRP sheets and the impregnated resin,the impregnated resin and CFRP sheets with different nano tougheners were prepared,and the viscosity and mechanical properties of the impregnated resin and the tensile strength of CFRP sheets were tested.The results showed that with the incorporation of nano tougheners,the viscosity of the impregnated resin increased and the mechanical properties of the CFRP sheet and the impregnated resin were significantly improved.The improvement effect was related to the type and amount of nano tougheners.The CFRP sheet containing 0.4%nano-SiO_(2) toughener showed the best tensile properties.
