摘 要:注塑成型复合材料的属性为各向异性且受注塑工艺影响,采用复合材料注塑成型的零部件各区域材料分布不均匀,导致其频响振动分析方法与常规采用各向同性材料制造的零部件的分析方法存在很大差异。基于Digimat软件逆向获得了用于制造油底壳的玻纤增强聚酰胺66(35%GF/PA66)材料属性,通过供方提供的模流分析结果,提取了油底壳纤维取向张量分布,通过多尺度联合仿真方法对油底壳进行了模态仿真分析及测试。结果表明,前5阶模态仿真值与测试值的最大相对误差在8%以内,满足工程应用精度需求,验证了仿真方法的有效性。在模态仿真基础上进行频响分析及试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果的趋势一致,所得结果可为复合材料零部件振动分析提供参考。The material property of injection molding parts are anisotropic,and with the influence of injection process.The uneven distribution of materials in various regions of composite injection molded components results in significant differences between their frequency response vibration analysis methods and conventional analysis methods for components made of isotropic materials.Based on Digimat soft-ware,the properties of a plastic oil pan glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66(35%GF/PA66)material were obtained in reverse.The fiber orientation tensor distribution of the oil pan was extracted from the model flow analysis results provided by the supplier,and the modal simulation analysis and testing of the oil pan were conducted through multi-scale joint simulation method.The results show that the maximum relative error between the first five order modal simulation results and the test results is within 8%,which meets the accuracy requirements of engineering applications and verifies the effectiveness of the simula-tion method.On the basis of modal simulation,frequency response analysis and experimental verification were conducted.The trend of the experimental results is consistent with the simulation results,which can provide reference for vibration analysis of composite material components.
