摘　　要：为探讨康巴藏族成人的体成分特点,采用生物电阻抗法,在云南迪庆对康巴藏族587例(男性248例,女性339例)成人的体成分进行测量.结果如下:①康巴藏族男性和女性的身高与年龄呈负相关,体质量和BMI与年龄呈正相关.男性的体脂率、内脏脂肪等级和躯干脂肪率与年龄呈正相关,女性的体脂率、内脏脂肪等级、躯干和四肢脂肪率与年龄呈正相关.男性和女性的总肌肉量和躯干肌肉量与年龄呈负相关;男性的四肢肌肉量的年龄组间差异具有统计学意义;女性的右上肢肌肉量与年龄呈正相关,左上肢和下肢肌肉量的年龄组间差异具有统计学意义.男性和女性的推定骨量与年龄呈负相关,水分率与年龄不相关.②男性除内脏脂肪等级高于女性外,其他脂肪成分均低于女性.男性的肌肉成分、推定骨量和水分率高于女性.③与云南其他少数民族比较,康巴藏族的脂肪成分和肌肉量处在较高水平,男性和女性的体成分特征均与纳西族接近.In order to study the characteristics of body composition of Kham Tibetan adults,the body composition indicators of 587 Kham Tibetan adults(248 males,339 females)were measured by bioelectrical impedance method in Diqing of Yunnan Province.The results were as follows:①The stature of males and females was negatively correlated with age,while body mass and BMI were positively correlated with age.The body fat percentage,visceral fat grade and trunk fat percentage of males were positively correlated with age.The body fat percentage,visceral fat grade,trunk fat percentage and fat percentage of limbs of females were positively correlated with age.The total muscle mass and trunk muscle mass of males and females were negatively correlated with age.There were statistically significant age-group differences in muscle mass of limbs of males.The right upper limb muscle mass of females was positively correlated with age,and there were statistically significant age-group differences in left upper limb muscle mass and lower limbs muscle mass.The bone mass of males and females was negatively correlated with age,while body moisture percentage was not correlated with age.②Except for the visceral fat grade,other fat composition of males were lower than those of females.The muscle mass,bone mass and body moisture percentage of males were higher than those of females.③Compared with other minorities in Yunnan,the fat composition and muscle mass of Kham Tibetan were at a higher level.The characteristics of body composition of males and females were similar to Naxi.
