中国西北地区3个族群体成分的比较

摘　　要：为探讨我国保安族、东乡族、回族体成分的异同及成因,在甘肃省临夏回族自治州,采用生物电阻抗分析法调查了保安族440例(男性192例,女性248例)、东乡族705例(男性322例,女性383例)、回族808例(男性368例,女性440例)成人的14项体成分指标.结果如下:①3个族群的男性和女性均处于超重水平.②单因素方差分析结果显示,男性的体脂率、躯干和四肢脂肪率、左上肢肌肉量、右下肢肌肉量等9项指标值的族群间差异均具有统计学意义.女性各项指标值的族群间差异均不具有统计学意义.③主成分分析显示,这3个族群的脂肪和肌肉的发育水平相近.与其他族群的比较结果表明,这3个族群的脂肪和肌肉的发育水平介于北方族群(维吾尔族、蒙古族、藏族)和南方族群(彝族、瑶族、壮族)之间.相近的起源、长期的融合以及相似的生态环境和生活方式是这3个族群体成分相近的主要原因.In order to discuss the similarities,differences and causes of body composition among Baoan,Dongxiang and Hui nationalities in China,bioelectrical impedance method was used to measure 14 body composition indicators of the three ethnic groups,including 440 Baoan adults(192 males,248 females),705 Dongxiang adults(322 males,383 females)and 808 Hui adults(368 males,440 females)in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province.The results were as follows:①Males and females of the three ethnic groups were all overweight.②The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences among the three ethnic groups in nine indicators including body fat percentage,trunk fat percentage,fat percentage of limbs,left upper limb muscle mass,right lower limb muscle mass and so on of males.There was no statistically significant difference among the three ethnic groups in every indicator of females.③The principal component analysis showed that the three ethnic groups had similar levels of fat and muscle development.Comparisons with other ethnic groups showed that the fat and muscle development levels of the three ethnic groups were between the northern ethnic groups(Uygur,Mongolian,Tibetan)and southern ethnic groups(Yi,Yao,Zhuang).Similar origins,long-term integration,and similar ecological environments and lifestyles were the main reasons for the similar body composition of the three ethnic groups.
