摘　　要：JB 4732—1995附录Ⅰ浮头式换热器管板计算方法未考虑筒体边缘附加弯矩,有待完善。通过对浮头式换热器管板计算方法进行推算,给出了相应的改进计算式,并对JB 4732—1995未计入筒体边缘附加弯矩对b型、c型、d型3种结构管板计算结果的影响进行了讨论分析。结果表明,不计入筒体边缘附加弯矩,在某些工况下可能会导致管板计算结果不够安全,应对JB 4732—1995附录Ⅰ浮头式换热器管板计算方法进行改进。The calculation method of tubesheets of floating-head heat exchanger in Appendix I of JB 4732—1995 did not consider the additional bending moment at cylinder edge,which needs to be improved.The modified calculation formula was given by derivation of the tubesheet calculation method,and the influence of the additional bending moment at the edge of the cylinder not included in JB 4732—1995 on the calculation results of three structures of tubesheet,namely b-type,c-type and d-type,was discussed and analyzed.The results show that the tubesheet calculation results without considering additional bending moment is unsafe under some loading conditions,so the calculation method in JB 4732—1995 needs to be improved.
