自拟清消通润方治疗食积化热型小儿功能性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟清消通润方治疗食积化热型小儿功能性便秘(FC)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年12月我院收治的120例食积化热型FC患儿作为观察对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患儿采用口服乳果糖治疗,观察组患儿采用口服自拟清消通润方治疗,比较2组患儿治疗2周及停药4周的临床疗效、中医证候疗效及中医证候积分。结果:治疗2周和停药4周,观察组患儿治疗临床总有效率、中医证候总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿主要症状积分、次要症状积分及总积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周和停药4周,观察组患儿主要症状积分、次要症状积分及总积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清消通润方治疗食积化热型FC患儿临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患儿便秘症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-designed Qingxiao Tongrun Formula on func-tional constipation(FC)in children in heat transformed from dyspepsia type.Methods120 children with FC in heat transformed from dyspepsia type admitted to author's hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group of children received oral lactulose treatment,mean-while the observation group of children received oral self-formulated Qingxiao Tongrun Formula treat-ment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of chil-dren were compared after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of discontinuation.ResultsAfter2weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of discontinuation,the observation group had significantly higher clinical and TCM syndrome response rates than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the main symptom score,secondary symptom score,and total score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of discontinuation,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score,and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Qingxiao Tongrun Formula has a definite clinical efficacy in treating FC in children in heat transformed from dyspepsia type,it can ef-fectively alleviate the constipation symptoms in children,and is worthy of clinical promotion and applica-tion.
