自拟涩肠止泻汤联合姜石颗粒治疗脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟涩肠止泻汤联合姜石颗粒治疗脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将126例脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为联合组和常规组,每组63例。常规组患者采用姜石颗粒治疗,联合组在常规组的基础上联合自拟涩肠止泻汤治疗,2组患者均治疗2个月,比较2组患者临床疗效、中医症候评分、肠黏膜指标以及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组患者总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者中医症候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者中医症候评分均降低(P<0.05),且联合组更低(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及三叶因子3(TFF3)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者血清EGFR、TFF3水平均升高(P<0.05),且联合组EGFR、TFF3水平更高(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟涩肠止泻汤联合姜石颗粒治疗脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎患者,疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状和肠黏膜指标,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of self-developed Sechang Zhixie Tang(Tang)plus Jiang-shi Keli(Granules)(both all being TCM formula)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)in type of de-ficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods Randomly divided 126 UC patients being eligible to above type treated in author's hospital into routine group(63 cases,adopted Granules for treating UC)and combined group(63 cases,Tang plus Granules),the both treatment time were 2 months,then,compared both groups'effect,ratings on TCM syndrome,the norms of intestinal mucosa,and the incidence of unward reactions.Results In total effective rate combined group was higher than routine group(P<0.05);before treat-ment in the ratings on TCM syndrome there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,after treatment the ratings of both groups were declined(P<0.05),and combined group's rat-ings were more lower than routine group's one(P<0.05);before treatment in the levels of EGFR and TFF3 there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment the levels of both groups were increased(P<0.05),and,the levels of combined group were more higher than that of routine group(P<0.05),in the incidence of unward reactions there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the UC in type of deficiency of spleen and stomach Tang plus Granules has significant effect,can greatly improve clinical symptoms and norms of intestinal mucosa,which it is safe and reliable,thus,to be popularized to use clinically.
