摘 要:目的观察高压氧综合治疗二度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院收治的二度烧伤患者50例,按照治疗方法分为高压氧综合治疗组(观察组,n=25)和常规治疗(对照组,n=25)。比较2组患者治疗1、8、15 d外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NE)百分率及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平;统计治疗1、15 d的视觉模拟评分(VAS)及治疗15 d的创面愈合情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗8 d的WBC、NE百分率、血清CRP水平及VAS差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d的WBC、NE百分率、血清CRP水平、VAS明显减少或降低,创面愈合有效率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合治疗二度烧伤患者有助于减轻创面的炎症反应程度,促进创面愈合。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined treatment on second degree burn wounds.Methods A total of 50 patients with second degree burn admitted to Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into hyperbaric oxygen combined treatment group(observation group,n=25)and conventional treatment group(control group,n=25)according to the patients'wishes.The levels of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil(NE),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)on day 1,8,and 15 of treatment,visual analog score(VAS)on day 1 and 15 of treatment,and wound healing on day 15 of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,there were no significant difference in the levels of WBC,NE,serum CRP,and VAS score after 8 days of treatment in the observation group(P>0.05).However,the levels of WBC,NE,serum CRP,and VAS score decreased significantly after 15 days of treatment,and wound healing efficiency were significantly improved,all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined treatment can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the wound in patients with second degree burn,thus promoting wound healing.
