摘 要:试验旨在研究饲料中添加乳酸菌制剂对大口黑鲈生长性能、形体指标、血清生化指标、肠道健康的影响,挑选750尾大口黑鲈,初均重为(7.14±0.11)g,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼。T0组大口黑鲈饲喂基础饲料,T1组、T2组、T3组、T4组分别在基础饲料中添加1×10^(8)CFU/g植物乳杆菌LP-37、1×10^(7)CFU/g戊糖片球菌PP-23、1×10^(8)CFU/g LP-37+1×10^(7)CFU/g PP-23以及1×10^(6) CFU/g乳酸菌。试验期6周。结果显示,各试验组大口黑鲈的增重率、特定生长率、摄食量显著高于T0组(P<0.05),且T4组显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);各试验组饵料系数显著低于T0组(P<0.05)。各试验组大口黑鲈的肥满度、肝体比、肠宽度显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。各试验组大口黑鲈血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。各试验组大口黑鲈肠道蛋白酶(PRS)、脂肪酶(LIP)及淀粉酶(AMY)活性均显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加乳酸菌制剂可显著改善大口黑鲈肠道健康,提高免疫力和生长性能,以乳酸菌组效果最优。The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria supplementation on growth performance,body parameters,serum biochemical parameters and intestinal health of largemouth bass.A total of 750 largemouth bass with an initial mean weight of(7.14±0.11)g were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate.Largemouth bass in T0 group was fed basic diet.T1 group,T2 group,T3 group and T4 group were supplemented with 1×10^(8)CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum LP-37,1×10^(7)CFU/g pentose micrococcus PP-23,1×10^(8)CFU/g LP-37+1×10^(7)CFU/g PP-23,1×10^(6) CFU/g lactic acid bacteria,respectively.The trial lasted for 6 w.The results showed that the weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed intake of largemouth bass in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in T0 group(P<0.05),and those in T4 group were significantly higher than those in other experimental groups(P<0.05).The feed coefficient of experimental groups was significantly lower than that of T0 group(P<0.05).The fattenity,hepatobody ratio and intestinal width of largbass in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in T0 group(P<0.05).The serum AKP,ACP and SOD activity of largemouth bass in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in T0 group(P<0.05).The activity of intestinal PRS,LIP and AMY in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in T0 group(P<0.05).The study indicates that dietary lactic acid bacteria preparation can significantly improve intestinal health,immunity and growth performance of largemouth bass,and the lactic acid bacteria group has the best effect.
