摘　　要：随着除中药以外的所有生长促进剂在动物饲料生产中的停用,中草药在动物饲料中的应用逐渐成为研究热点。水产动物饲料中添加适量中草药或其提取物,不仅可增强水产动物机体的免疫力,还可促进水产动物摄食,提高生长速度,减少水产品脂肪沉积等。文章综述了我国常见中草药及其提取物在水产动物饲料中的饲用价值,既可促进中草药资源的开发与利用,又可为中草药单方及其复方在水产饲料中的合理使用以及水产动物健康养殖提供参考。With the unavailability of all growth promoters except Chinese medicine herb in animal feed,the application of Chinese medicine herb in animal feed has gradually become a research hotspot.Adding proper amount of specific Chinese medicinal herb or extracts in aquatic animal feed could not only enhance the immunity of aquatic animals,but also improve the feed ingestion and growth rate,and decrease the lipid level of aquatic products.The paper reviews the feeding value of common Chinese medicine herb and their extracts in aquatic animal feed,which can not only promote the development and utilization of Chinese medicine herb resources,but also provide reference for the rational use of single and compound Chinese medicine herb in aquatic feed and healthy aquaculture of aquatic animals.
