摘　　要：广西金川公司120万Va铜渣选矿系统主要通过缓冷、破碎、磨矿、浮选、脱水等工序对闪速熔炼炉渣中铜金属进行回收,本文重点阐述广西金川铜渣选矿厂近年来对生产工艺流程改造、优化、技术创新和自动化应用所取得的成果,确保炉渣选矿安全生产、节能降耗、工艺技术指标的平稳和提升。The 1.2Mt/a copper slag processing system of Guangxi company of Jinchuan group mainly recovers copper metal from flash smelting slag through processes including slow cooling,crushing,grinding,flotation,dehydration.This article focuses on the achievements made by Guangxi copper slag processing plant of Jinchuan group in transformation,optimization,technological innovation,and automation application in production process to ensure safe production,energy conservation,consumption reduction,and stableness and improvement of technical indicators in slag processing.
