摘　　要：扁平苔藓样类天疱疮是一种自身免疫性表皮下疱性疾病,仅累计口腔黏膜病损的病例较为少见,病程漫长,且反复迁延。本文报道了1例直接免疫荧光纤维蛋白Fibrin线性阳性的扁平苔藓样类天疱疮的诊疗过程。Lichen planus pemphigoides(LPP)is an autoimmune subepidermal herpetic disease,with a long and recurrent course,which is relatively rare to only cause oral mucosal lesions.In this paper,we report the management of a case of LPP with linear positive of fibrin through direct immunofluorescence.
