摘　　要：习近平法治思想中的知识产权保护理论哲理深邃,蕴含了坚持问题导向的世界观、运用系统思维的方法论、坚持实事求是的认识论、践行知行合一的实践论、守牢人民利益的价值论等哲学理念。知识产权保护理论具有丰富的思想内涵,深刻揭示了以史为鉴、开创未来的道路自信,显示出发展为纲、常学常新的理论自信,体现了以终为始、开拓进取的制度自信,彰显了文以化人、德润人心的文化自信等。知识产权保护理论对我国知识产权强国建设提出了实践要求,应重点关注创新能力、前沿科技、机制协调、科研创新、发展需求、中国智慧等方面,在加强质量建设、夯实基础理论、强化全链条保护、重构利益分配、推进人才培养和助力国际治理方面努力探索。The intellectual property protection theory in Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law is profound in philosophy,and contains philosophical concepts such as adhering to the problem oriented world outlook,using the methodology of systematic thinking,adhering to the epistemology of seeking truth from facts,practicing the theory of practice of the unity of knowledge and practice,and guarding the value theory of the interests of the people.The theory of intellectual property protection has rich ideological connotation,which deeply reveals the self-confidence of taking history as a mirror and creating the future,shows the theoretical self-confidence of taking development as the key link and constantly learning and constantly innovating,reflects the institutional self-confidence of starting from the end and forging ahead,and highlights the cultural self-confidence of humanizing people and enriching people’s hearts.The theory of intellectual property protection puts forward practical requirements for the construction of China’s intellectual property power.We should focus on innovation ability,cutting-edge science and technology,mechanism coordination,scientific research innovation,development needs,Chinese wisdom and other aspects,and strengthen quality construction,consolidate basic theories,strengthen whole chain protection,restructure interest distribution,promote talent training and help international governance.
