摘 要:锆具有优异的综合性能,在航空航天、医药和化工等领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,用现有的加工方法对其进行微细加工时,具有刀具磨损严重、加工效率低、加工质量差等缺点。微细电化学加工在金属微结构制造方面具有独特的优势。提出一种新型聚氯化铝溶液(PAC)作为电解液,利用掩模射流电解加工在锆合金(Zr702)表面进行阵列微孔加工。研究了Zr702在不同质量分数聚氯化铝溶液中的溶解特性。通过试验研究了电解液压强、射流扫描速度和脉冲电压等主要加工参数对加工性能的影响,并通过正交试验进行参数优化,加工出了平均直径为163.20μm,平均深度为85.49μm,深径比为0.524,侧蚀系数为2.055,形貌精度较好的阵列微孔。Zirconium has excellent comprehensive performance which has broad application prospects in aerospace,medicine,chemical industry and other areas.However,there are also shortcomings of zirconium while under micro-processing in the existing machining methods,such as badly worn of knife tool,low processing efficiency,poor processing quality and so on.Micro electrochemical machining has unique advantages in metal micro-structure manufacturing.A new polyaluminum chloride solution(PAC)was proposed as electrolyte,to process microhole array on zirconium alloy(Zr702)with mask electrolyte jet machining.The dissolution characteristics of Zr702 in different concentration solutions of PAC were explored.The influences of machining parameters on machining performance were studied,such as pressure of electrolyte,jet scanning speed and impulse voltage.After optimizing the parameters,a good synthesized quality of microhole array was obtained with an average diameter of 163.20μm,an average depth of 85.49μm,a depth/diameter ratio of 0.524 and a lateral corrosion coefficient of 2.055.
