摘 要:液压柱塞泵是航空装备液压系统的关键部件,对其进行准确的故障诊断是保障航空装备正常运行的重大前提。针对力、热耦合作用条件下某型机高压柱塞泵开展故障检测和诊断研究,提出了一种基于多特征阈值判据融合的故障诊断方法,首先构建了基于信息统计的阈值判据计算模型,在此基础上设计了多特征故障判定策略,最后构建了液压柱塞泵测试系统并开展了实验验证。实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效判别液压柱塞泵故障,为航空柱塞泵故障检测与诊断提供依据。The hydraulic piston pump is a key component of the hydraulic system of aviation equipment,and accurate fault diagnosis is the important premise to ensure the normal operation of aviation equipment.The fault detection and diagnosis of a high-pressure piston pump under the condition of thermo-mechanical coupling were studied,and a fault diagnosis method based on multi-characteristic threshold criteria fusion was proposed.Firstly,a threshold criteria calculation model based on information statistics was constructed.And a multi-feature fault judgment strategy was designed on the basis of calculation model above.Finally,a hydraulic piston pump test system was constructed and tested.The experimental results show that the method proposed can effectively identify the fault of hydraulic piston pump,which provides a basis for fault detection and diagnosis of aviation piston pump.
