外墙龙骨、吊车梁与钢结构连接创新施工技术应用

摘　　要：基于柴务220 kV输变电工程,钢结构工程、外墙工程、吊车梁工程同步进行深化设计,根据外墙龙骨和吊车梁位置及构造要求在钢结构构件上设置连接件,连接件在钢结构工厂内焊接在钢结构构件上,方便后期外墙、吊车梁安装,提高其施工进度及安装质量,同时实现外墙龙骨、吊车梁与钢结构构件的栓接连接,减少动火作业,降低高空作业动火作业危险性,符合绿色环保施工的要求,实现钢结构功能一体化的施工,在钢结构综合施工具有广阔的应用价值。Based on the 220 kV power transmission and transformation project of diesel affairs,the steel structure engineering,the exterior curtain wall engineering and the crane girder engineering were simultaneously carried out for detailed design,according to the position and structural requirements of the exterior curtain wall keel and crane girder,the connecting parts are set on the steel structure components,and the connecting parts were welded on the steel structure components in the steel structure factory,which WSS convenient for the installation of the later exterior curtain wall and crane beam,improves its construction progress and its installation quality,and at the same time realized the exterior curtain wall keel.The bolting connection between the crane beam and the steel structure components reduced hot work,reduces the risk of hot work in high-altitude work,met the requirements of green environmental protection construction,realized the construction of steel structure function integration,and had broad application value in the comprehensive construction of steel structure.
