摘 要:木结构具有抗震性能好、低碳环保的优点,但原材料的高成本以及结构构造的高要求制约了其在村镇住宅中的推广。比较了典型的木结构体系及其墙体构造,分析讨论了其性能的特点和优劣,对适用于村镇住宅建筑的木结构体系进行了探讨,提出了一种可高效提升既有或新建传统木结构建筑整体性和抗震性能的简易、低成本、装配式钢拉带支撑构造,并在示范工程中得到了应用,所提出的简易支撑构造提供了一种村镇住宅木结构建筑的低成本建造方案,旨在为我国低成本木结构村镇住宅的建造提供参考。Timber structure has the advantages of good anti-seismic property,low carbon and environmental protection,but it is restricted to be promoted widely in rural buildings due to the high cost of raw materials and high requirements for the structure.In this research,a simple,low-cost and prefabricated steel drawstring support structure that can effectively strengthen the integrality and antiseismic property of existing or new traditional timber structure buildings is put forward by comparing typical timber structure systems and their wall structures,analyzing the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of their properties,and discussing timber structure systems applicable to rural buildings,and this drawstring support structure has been applied in trial projects.Moreover,the simple support structure proposed also affords a low-cost construction solution for rural buildings with a timber structure,which aims to provide a reference for the construction of low-cost timber-structure rural buildings in China.
