摘 要:通过研究和计算工业厂房顶板桁架梁,提出适用于工业厂房顶板的桁架梁支撑体系,利用有限元分析软件对桁架梁进行拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化计算的结果,综合考虑重量、刚度和加工制造等因素,优化桁架梁的结构。研究了桁架梁的腹杆高度和直径对应力和变形的影响,同时分析桁架梁体系的经济性。结果表明,随着腹杆高度的增加,梁体的变形和应力值均有所下降;合理地配置腹杆高度和直径能在减小应力和变形的同时减轻梁体重量,减少支撑的用钢量和方木用量。Through the research and theoretical calculation of common trusses,a truss beam suitable for the roof support of industrial plants was proposed.The topology of the truss beam was optimized by using the finite element analysis software.According to the results of the topology optimization calculation,the structure of the truss beam was optimized by comprehensively considering the factors such as weight,stiffness and manufacturing.Besides,the influence of web height and web diameter of truss beam on stress and deformation was studied.At the same time,the economic analysis of truss beam system was carried out.The results show that the deformation and stress of beam body decrease with the increase of web member height.Reasonable configuration of web member height and web member diameter can reduce the weight of the beam while reducing stress and deformation.The roof support system based on truss beam can reduce the amount of steel and wood.
