摘 要:广州腾讯总部大楼位于琶洲国际会展中心A区,建筑高度206.75m,结构由两个分离的单侧框架-核心筒+钢联系桁架组成,包括顶层在内有4个平台层,采用13~28m的悬挑结构。针对项目结构特点,对于两个单侧核心筒间的联系桁架进行了敏感性分析;对裙房与塔楼之间的大跨桁架进行了研究;对悬挑平台进行竖向舒适度分析,并设置TMD阻尼器;对桁架悬挑端部的墙体拉力进行研究;对整体结构进行了大震弹塑性时程分析。同时针对项目设计中的特点及难点,通过建立多道防线、调整平面和竖向规则性及提高构件延性等,从体系层面进行了有针对性的加强。Guangzhou Tencent Headquarters Building is located in zone of Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center,with a building height of 206.75 meters.The structure consists of two separate single-sided frames-core tubes and steel connecting trusses.It includes four platform levels,including the top level,with cantilever structures ranging from 13 to 28 meters.For the structural characteristics of the project,sensitivity analysis was carried out for the connecting trusses between the two single-sided core tubes;the large-span truss between the podium and tower was studied;vertical comfort analysis was carried out for the cantilevered platforms,and TMD dampers was set up;wall tension at the end of the truss cantilever was studied;the elastoplastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake was carried out for the overall structure.At the same time,for the characteristics and difficulties of the project design,targeted strengthening was carried out from the system level by establishing multiple defense lines,adjusting the plan and vertical regularity,and improving component ductility.
