摘  要:厦门国际银行总部大厦地下3层,地上45层,建筑檐口高度210m,结构存在外框不连续、核心筒呈双筒布置且筒间连系弱等不利情况,同时有楼板不连续、扭转不规则、刚度突变、构件间断、承载力突变、局部不规则等多项不规则情况。为解决上述问题,设计中对整体结构方案、连接体类型、加强层方案等进行了比选分析。整体结构方案比选了巨型框架-核心筒结构和外框不连续的非典型框架-核心筒结构两种方案,二者主要结构计算指标均能满足设计要求,综合建筑功能及外观效果要求,采用外框不连续的非典型框架-核心筒结构方案。对结构加强层进行了敏感性分析,确定了加强层加强构件类型、构件布置及楼层设置方案,采用连接体空间桁架,以较小的代价实现了良好的结构性能。Xiamen International Bank Headquarters Building has 3 floors underground and 45 floors above ground,reaching a cornice height of 210m.The structure has several structural challenges such as a discontinuous outer frame,a double core tube arrangement and weak connection between tubes.At the same time,there are discontinuous floors and irregular torsion,rigidity mutation,component discontinuity,bearing capacity mutation,local irregularity and many other irregularities.To address these challenges,various aspects of the structural design,including the overall structure scheme,connector type,reinforcement layer scheme were compared and analyzed.Two overall structural schemes were compared and evaluated:the mega frame-core tube structure and the atypical frame-core tube structure with discontinuous outer frame.Both designs meet the necessary structural calculation indicators,but the atypical frame-core tube structure with discontinuous outer frame is ultimately selected due to its ability to meet the building’s functional and aesthetic requirements.The study also conducts a sensitivity analysis of the structural strengthening layer,determining the type of strengthening members,component layout,and floor plan.A space truss connector was used to achieve optimal structural performance at a minimal cost.
