摘  要:介绍了S形弯折钢筋诱导缝构造在北京工人体育场超长结构中的应用情况。以轴向拉伸加载方式代替温度作用,开展试验研究了诱导缝对于试件开裂的影响,揭示了弯折钢筋在轴向拉伸作用下的变形规律,以及钢筋弯折角度对于诱导缝的影响情况。结果表明,在轴向拉力作用下,试件在诱导缝位置首先开裂,呈现脆性破坏现象。相同配筋率情况下,分布钢筋排布细而密时,诱导缝位置混凝土裂缝宽度有减小的趋势。此外,在相同外荷载作用下,钢筋弯折角度越大,对应其弯折钢筋位置的混凝土会分担更多的外荷载。在开槽位置将钢筋进行弯折处理,更有利于诱导缝发挥功效。试验结果显示,北京工人体育场使用的S形弯折钢筋诱导缝可在温度应力作用下首先开裂,释放了温度应力,同时解决了混凝土收缩问题,延缓其他位置有害裂缝的产生。The application of S-type bending steel bar control joint structure in the super-long structure of Beijing Workers’Stadium was introduced.The effect of control joint on specimen cracking was studied by experiment with axial tensile loading instead of temperature,and the deformation law of bending steel bar under axial tension and the influence of steel bar bending angle on control joint were revealed.The results show that under the action of axial tension,the specimen first cracks at the position of control joint,showing the phenomenon of brittle failure.In the case of the same reinforcement ratio,when the distribution of steel bars is fine and dense,the crack width of concrete in the position of control joints tends to decrease.In addition,under the same external load,the larger the bending angle of steel bar is,the more external load will be shared by the concrete corresponding to the position of bending steel bar.Bending the steel bar in the slotted position is more beneficial to induce the joint to exert its effect.The test results show that the control joint of S-shaped bending steel bar used in Beijing Workers’Stadium can crack first under the action of thermal stress,release the thermal stress,solve the problem of concrete shrinkage and delay the occurrence of harmful cracks in other locations.
