摘　　要：唐山紫荆学校是高烈度设防地区的学校项目,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构+基础隔震体系。以该项目为例对3种隔震设计方法进行了对比分析研究,梳理了抗规减震系数法、抗规整体设计法、隔标整体设计法的设计流程、计算参数,对比了3种设计方法对基础隔震结构的关键技术指标的影响。隔震层分别落在人防地下室顶、普通地下室顶和基础顶,存在楼、电梯穿隔震层,局部大跨度结构隔震等问题;采用错层隔震法解决了楼、电梯托挂结合穿隔震层的难题。对比分析了柱底铰接模型与带支座整体模型对大跨度结构隔震支墩内力的影响,归纳了大跨度隔震层设计要点。Tangshan Zijing School is a school project in high intensity fortification area.It adopts reinforced concrete frameshear wall structure+foundation isolation system.The project was taken as an example to conduct comparative analysis and research on three kinds of isolation design methods,and the design process and calculation parameters of separate design method by seismic code,integral design method by seismic code and integral design method by seismic isolation code was combed,and the influence of three design methods on the key technical indexes for foundation isolation structure was compared.The isolation story falls on the roof of air defense basement,ordinary basement and foundation.There are problems such as the stairs and elevator passes through the isolation story,and the isolation of the local large-span structure.The cross-story isolation method was adopted to solve the problem of stairs and elevators pass through the isolation story.The differences between column-bottom-hinged model and integrated model with isolation bearing on the internal force of the isolation pier for large-span structure was compared and analyzed,the key points of isolation story for large-span structure were inducted.
