摘 要:某隔震建筑连廊由23.9m高的框架隔震结构和35.1m高的框架-剪力墙隔震结构,通过跨度为25.3m的钢桁架连廊分别在5.15m和16.55m标高连接形成。两侧塔楼水平位移和体量差异大,进行了3种连廊连接方式的选型分析,确定了一端固结一端滑动的连接方案。分析结果表明连廊对两侧隔震建筑的影响较小,在设防地震和罕遇地震作用下,有无连廊连接时两侧隔震建筑底部剪力和倾覆力矩基本一样,塔楼结构按单体模型进行承载力设计基本可行。通过罕遇地震作用下连廊整体模型和单体模型的变形分析,确定了连廊滑动支座的设计参数。有连廊整体和无连廊单体弹塑性分析结果表明塔楼结构相关范围构件均能满足性能目标要求。人群竖向荷载和横向荷载作用下,连廊结构的舒适度满足规范要求。The corridor of a seismically isolated building consists of a 23.9m high frame isolated structure and a 35.1m high frame-shear wall isolated structure were connected at elevations of 5.15m and 16.55m by a steel truss corridor with a span of 25.3m.The horizontal displacement and volume differences of the two tower buildings are significant,and three types of corridor connection methods were analyzed to determine a fixed-sliding connection scheme.The analysis results show that the effect of corridor on seismically isolated buildings at both ends is small.Under the action of design basis earthquake and rare earthquake,the bottom shear and overturning moment of the seismically isolated buildings on both sides are basically the same with or without corridor connection.The tower structure can be designed and loaded as a single unit model.The design parameters of the sliding bearing for the corridor were determined through deformation analysis of the overall model and single unit model under the rare earthquake.The elastic-plastic analysis of the whole structure with the corridor and each structure without the corridor shows that the components in the relevant areas of the tower structure can meet the performance targets.Under vertical and lateral loads from crowds,the comfort of corridor structure meets the code requirements.
