摘 要:建筑方案的修改导致本工程有以下设计难点:南侧既有地下室结构在±0.00标高处,柱未甩筋或甩筋不足,部分柱位未对齐;商业裙房地上部分存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、局部不规则等不规则项。为解决这些难点,对上部结构体系与柱脚连接问题统一考虑,以期得到裙房的结构体系。为确定结构的抗震性能目标,采取了合理的概念性设计、计算分析和构造措施,并对关键构件进行了计算分析论证。结果表明:裙房采用钢框架-支撑(屈曲约束支撑(BRB)+局部防屈曲钢板墙(BRW))结构体系最为合理,BRB的设置大幅减小了首层柱脚位置的内力,优化了裙房构件尺寸,保障了整体结构的安全性和经济性。The modification of the building plan has led to the following engineering design difficulties:the column is not reinforced or the reinforcement is insufficient,and some column positions are not aligned at±0.00 elevation of the existing basement structure on the south side;there are irregular items such as torsional irregularity,eccentric arrangement,reentrant corner irregularity,diaphragm discontinuity irregularity,and local irregularity in the above ground part of commercial podium buildings.In order to solve these difficulties,the connection between the upper structure system and the column base was considered uniformly,to obtain the structural system of the podium.In order to determine the seismic performance target of the structure,reasonable conceptual design,calculation analysis,and construction measures were adopted,and key components were calculated,analyzed,and demonstrated.The results show that the podium adopts a steel frame-brace(buckling restraint brace(BRB)+local buckling restraint steel plate wall(BRW))structure system,which is the most reasonable.The setting of BRB significantly reduces the internal force at the first column foot,optimizes the size of the podium components,and ensures the safety and economy of the overall structure.
