摘  要:航道要素分类体系是北斗网格码应用于数字航道的基础。本文根据北斗网格码航道大数据编码与应用的研究需要,在现有标准基础上,对现有航道要素分类标准进行分析,并结合航道管理需求,研究形成一套适用性更强且符合北斗时空网格的航道要素分类体系,以填补行业相关标准规范空白。本文研究成果可为航道信息化、智慧化应用提供理论支撑,以提高航道精细化管理水平,亦可为将来国家或行业相关规范、标准制定起到一定技术支撑作用。Channel element classification system is the basis for the application of Beidou grid codes to digital channels.According to the research needs of big data coding and application of Beidou grid code channel,this paper analyzes the existing waterway element classification standards,and combines the needs of waterway management to study and establish a channel element classification system with stronger applicability that conforms to the Beidou space-time grid on the basis of existing standards,so as to fill the gap of relevant standards and specifications in the industry.The research results can be used as the theoretical support of channel digitization for improving the level of refined channel management,and play a certain technical support role for the establishment of relevant national or industrial norms and standards in the future.
