摘  要:发展装配整体式建筑是实现建筑工业化的重要方向和途径。在国内外相关研究成果基础上,提出一种新型抗震节能结构——装配整体式混合框架结构。本文对预制约束混凝土柱、钢筋混凝土组合梁、预制板制作过程,以及柱-柱、梁-柱、板-板连接方式及特性进行阐述分析,并提出装配整体式混合框架结构前期设计阶段、预制构件生产阶段、装配整体式施工阶段各环节关键节点质量控制要点。实际工程应用表明,新型装配整体式混合框架结构具有节能环保、节省材料及劳动力、减少施工工期等优点。Development of assembled monolithic architecture is an important direction and approaches to realize the building industrialization.Based on the related research at home and abroad,a new type of aseismic and saving energy structure is proposed,namely,assembled monolithic hybrid frame structure.This paper first introduces the fabrication process of precast confined concrete column,reinforced concrete composite beam and prefabricated board,as well as the connection mode and characteristics of column-column,beam-column and plate-plate.Then it proposes the quality control of key nodes in the early design stage,the production stage of prefabricated components and the construction stage of the assembly integrated hybrid frame structure.The practical engineering application shows that the new assembled monolithic hybrid frame structure has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection,material saving and labor saving,and reducing construction period.
