超厚底座板与超厚自密实混凝土层配筋优化方式研究

摘  要:在板式无砟轨道施工过程中为保证轨道高程与设计高程一致,底座板与自密实混凝土层厚度需增加,致使底座板与自密实混凝土层配筋率减小,导致超厚底座板及自密实混凝土层出现裂缝,影响列车行驶安全。为满足超厚底座板和自密实混凝土层受力要求,研究底座板厚度偏差在10~60 mm、自密实混凝土层厚度在140~165 mm范围内的受力规律,并分析总结不同厚度底座板和自密实混凝土层配筋规律。结果表明:底座板厚度偏差大于20 mm时,厚度每增加20 mm其上下层各增加2根?12 mm的CRB600H纵向钢筋;底座板厚度偏差小于20 mm时,无需增加配筋。自密实混凝土层厚度在140~150 mm时,下层钢筋直径由12 mm变更为16 mm(HRB400钢筋);厚度在150~165 mm之间时,建议进行双层钢筋网片优化设计。本文结果可以指导CRTSⅢ型轨道底座板和自密实混凝土层在超厚情况下的配筋设计。During the construction of slab ballastless track,the thickness of the base slab and the self-compacting concrete layer needs to be increased to ensure that the track elevation is consistent with the design elevation.As a result,the reinforcement rate of the increased thickness of the base slab and self-compacting concrete layer is reduced,resulting in cracks in the extra-thick base slab and self-compacting concrete layer under different actions,which affects the safety of train driving.In order to meet the force requirements of the extra-thick base slab and the self-compacting concrete layer,the force law of the base slab with a thickness deviation of 10~60 mm and the self-compacting concrete layer with a thickness in the range of 140~165 mm was studied,and the reinforcement law of the base slab and the self-compacting concrete layer with different thicknesses was analyzed and summarized.The results show that when the thickness deviation of the base slab is greater than 20 mm,2 CRB600H longitudinal steel bars withφ12 mm are added to the upper and lower layers for each 20 mm increase in thickness;when the thickness deviation of the base slab is less than 20 mm,there is no need to add reinforcement.When the thickness of the self-compacting concrete layer is between 140 mm and 150 mm,the diameter of the lower steel bar is changed from 12 mm to 16 mm(HRB400 steel bar);when the thickness is between 150 mm and 165 mm,it is recommended to optimize the design of double-layer steel mesh.The results of this paper can guide the design of reinforcement for CRTS III track base slabs and self-compacting concrete layers in extra-thick situations.
