摘 要:以成都西环线紫瑞隧道接触网施工为背景,就高速铁路接触网施工中存在的站后单位施工时间短、化学锚栓打孔质量难以控制等问题展开研究和分析,以解决接触网隧道吊柱安装施工受铺轨进度影响而导致大面积抢工问题,提高隧道内接触网施工质量。本文阐述以CPⅢ桩点数据为核心的无轨测量技术原理以及隧道内吊柱安装施工方法,不仅可以准确测定吊柱安装位置,同时可以根据测量数据提前计算吊柱法兰盘角度、吊柱长度等数据,为材料采购提供精确依据。研究结果为铁路隧道接触网无轨测量施工提供了一套可靠的解决方案,摆脱了传统依靠成型钢轨的测量模式,节省了大量施工等待时间。Taking the construction of the catenary of the Zirui Tunnel on the Chengdu West Ring Road as the background,this paper introduces the problems in the construction of the catenary of high-speed railways,such as short construction time for units behind the station and difficulty in controlling the quality of chemical anchor bolt drilling,so as to address the issue of large-scale rush work caused by the impact of track laying progress on the installation and construction of hanger columns in catenary tunnels,and improve the quality of catenary construction in tunnels.This article describes the principle of trackless measurement technology with CPⅢpile point data as the core and the installation and construction method of hanger columns in tunnels.This can not only accurately determine the installation position of the hanger column,but also calculate the column flange angle,column length and other data in advance according to the measurement data,providing an accurate basis for material procurement.The research provides a reliable solution for trackless measurement construction of railway tunnel contact network,breaking away from the traditional measurement mode relying on formed steel rails and avoiding a large amount of construction waiting time.
