摘  要:预应力混凝土轨枕主筋可增强轨枕整体抗裂性和刚度,其在预应力混凝土轨枕中的位置是影响轨枕静载抗裂强度的主要因素。本文以南非1067 mm轨距P2型预应力混凝土轨枕生产为例,结合施工实际情况,对轨枕生产过程中出现的预应力主筋位置尺寸偏差原因进行分析,并针对性采取一系列控制措施,从而达到提高预应力混凝土枕静载抗裂强度与生产质量,保证马拉维Marka到Bangula铁路工程顺利施工的目的。本文研究成果可为我国预应力混凝土轨枕生产制造技术海外输出提供参考。The main reinforcement of prestressed concrete sleeper can enhance the overall crack resistance and stiffness of the sleeper,and its position in the prestressed concrete sleeper is the main factor affecting the static load crack resistance strength of the sleeper.This article takes the production of P2 type prestressed concrete sleepers with a 1067 mm gauge in South Africa as an example.Based on the actual construction situation,the reasons for the deviation in the position and size of the prestressed main reinforcement during the production process of sleepers are analyzed,and a series of control measures are taken to improve the static load crack resistance strength and the production quality of prestressed concrete sleepers,and ensure the smooth construction of the Malawi Marka to Bangula railway project.The research results of this article can provide reference for the overseas export of production and manufacturing technology of prestressed concrete sleepers in China.
