摘 要:轨道交通工具的噪声问题越来越受到人们的关注。本文针对某高铁商务舱内噪声过大的问题应用统计能量分析模型结合试验进行问题诊断,发现内装地板的振动是车内噪声的主要来源,进而分析结构传递路径是导致内装地板振动过大的原因。结合主要的能量贡献提出了应用分布式吸振器、地板吸声板以及改变地板连接结构的方式来降低车内噪声。通过试验验证发现优化后主要的噪声峰值频率100-300 Hz之间有明显改善,商务舱内的噪声由75.1 dBA下降至71.3 dBA,达到了降噪目标。应用模型指导设计可以迅速找到问题关键点,提出设计方案并在模型中进行验证,提高了解决高速列车NVH问题的效率并降低了成本。The noise of the rail transportation problems get more and more people’s attention.In this paper,in order to solve the noise problem in the VIP room of a high-speed train,statistical energy analysis methods are used to diagnose the problem combined with experiments.The vibration of the inner-floor is the main source of interior noise,then transfer path analysis shown structure-borne noise through connections between innerfloor and outer-floor need to be concerned.Combined with the main energy contribution path,the distributed vibration absorber,the floor sound-absorbing board and the way of changing the structure connection are proposed to reduce the interior noise.Through experimental verification,it is found that the main peak noise frequency between 100–300 Hz is significantly improved after optimization,and the noise in VIP room is reduced from 75.1 dBA to 71.3 dBA,reaching the target of noise reduction.Model-guided design can quickly find the key points of the problem,put forward the design scheme and verify it in the model,which provides an efficient way to solve the NVH problems of high-speed train also reduce the costs.
