摘 要:为筛选香根草种苗生产各培养阶段的最优植物生长调节剂配方,以香根草植株为试验材料,在MS基本培养基中,添加不同种类和不同浓度配比的植物生长调节剂,分析植物生长调节剂对香根草不同培养阶段的作用效果。研究发现各培养阶段不同植物生长调节剂对香根草生长的影响大小差异显著,在诱导阶段影响的主次关系是2,4-D>6-BA>NAA,在增殖阶段影响的主次关系是IAA>KT>6-BA>NAA,在壮苗阶段影响的主次关系是NAA>6-BA>IAA,在生根阶段影响的主次关系是IAA>NAA>IBA。研究得出各培养阶段最优植物生长调节剂配方:诱导阶段为6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L,增殖阶段为6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L,壮苗阶段为6-BA 0.3 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,生根阶段为NAA 0.1 mg/L。In order to select the optimal plant growth regulator formula for each culture stage of Vetiveria zizanioides seedling production,Vetiveria zizanioides plants were used as experimental materials in this study.Different kinds and different concentrations of plant growth regulators were added to MS basic culture medium to analyze the effects of plant growth regulators on different culture stages of Vetiveria zizanioides.The results showed that there were significant differences in the effects of different plant growth regulators on the growth of Vetiveria zizanioides at each culture stage.The primary and secondary relationships of the effects of the induction stage were 2,4-D>6-BA>NAA,the primary and secondary relationships of the effects of the proliferation stage were IAA>KT>6-BA>NAA,the primary and secondary relationships of the effects of the seedling stage were NAA>6-BA>IAA,and the primary and secondary relationships of the effects of the rooting stage were IAA>NAA>IBA.The Studies show that the optimal formulation of plant growth regulators is different in each culture stage.The induction stage is 6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L,the proliferation stage is 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+KT 0.2 mg/L,the strong seedling stage is 6-BA 0.3 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,and the rooting stage is NAA 0.1 mg/L.
