摘　　要：科技是第一生产力,创新是第一动力。习近平总书记关于科技创新的重要论述包含对当前世界科技创新形势的深刻把握、国家创新体系的整体部署以及对我国未来参与国际竞争的战略思考,在背景、体系和国际层面均体现出融合发展的核心特征。相关论述是基于当前世界历史潮流、对科技创新重要意义深邃的科学阐述,也是立足党领导科技事业,对如何在知识和学科交叉、科技与社会经济发展更进一步深入融合的背景下,实现科技创新发展这一重大课题,做出的全面回答和系统性部署,对我国在未来世界竞争格局当中如何把握主动赢得先机、进而追求全人类共同福祉的预判性思考和前瞻性定位。对于习近平总书记关于科技创新融合发展的重要论述,分别结合马克思实践唯物主义、历史唯物主义和辩证否定观,解析其重要内涵,探究和论证在习近平总书记关于科技创新论述中蕴含的马克思主义理论品格和精神内涵。Technology is the primary productive force,while innovation is the primary driving force.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on scientific and technological innovation includes a profound understanding of the current situation of scientific and technological innovation in the world,the overall deployment of the national innovation system and the strategic thinking of China' s future participation in international competition.The relevant discussion is based on the current world historical trend and the profound scientific exposition of the significance of scientific and technological innovation.It is also based on the Party's leadership of scientific and technological undertakings,the comprehensive response and systematic deployment of the major issue of how to achieve scientific and technological innovation and development,and the predictive thinking and forward-looking positioning of how China will seize the initiative to win the first opportunity in the future world competition pattern,and then pursue the common welfare of all mankind.Regarding the important exposition of Xi Jinping on scientific and technological innovation,efforts are made to analyze its important connotation,explore and demonstrate the theoretical quality and spiritual connotation of Marxism contained in Xi Jinping's exposition on scientific and technological innovation in combination with Marx s practical materialism,historical materialism and dialectical negation.
