摘　　要：目的:探究我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的卫生资源现状,分析不同地区在卫生事业发展中存在的问题与挑战,依据聚类分析结果划分卫生区域,为4类地区的卫生事业发展提供政策建议。方法:基于2021年《中国卫生统计年鉴》与国家统计局基础数据建立数据库,对经济、社会与卫生等指标体系进行可行性检验、主成分分析、系统聚类等探索分析,科学归纳评价指标,深度剖析31个省、自治区、直辖市卫生资源现状。结果:指标体系所代表的信息得到了充分的归纳,结合树状图结果并依据各地区实际情况,将31个省、自治区、直辖市划分为6组,并对卫生资源潜力型、优质资源短缺型、人口流出型与经济发展匹配型4类地区进行讨论。结论:4类地区实际情况差异较大,一方面应基于不同地区经济社会发展条件,结合现有卫生资源,做好顶层规划;另一方面需科学设立参照系,缩小同类型地区的差异,从而助力我国卫生事业发展。OBJECTIVE To explore the current situation of health resources in 31 provinces in China,analyze the problems and challenges in health development in different provinces,divide health regions according to the clustering results,and provide policy suggestions for typical areas.METHODS Based on the original data of THE HEALTH COMMISSION AND THE NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS,the database was established,and the economic,social and health index system was explored and analyzed by SPSS26.0 software,such as feasibility test,principal component analysis,systematic clustering and so on.Scientific induction of eval⁃uation indicators,in-depth analysis of the current situation of health resources in 31 provinces.RESULTS The information represent⁃ed by the index system was sufficiently summarized.Combined with the results of the tree map and according to the actual situation of each region,31 provinces were divided into six groups.The potential type of health resources,the type of shortage of high-quality resources,the type of population outflow and the matching type of economic development are discussed.CONCLUSION The situation in Tibet is special and can be discussed separately;the potential type of health resources represents the most provinces;reflecting the basic reality of health resources in China;the actual situation of the four areas is quite different.Top-level planning should be made based on the economic and social development conditions of different regions and combined with the strength of existing health resources.It is necessary to set up a frame of reference scientifically,first of all,to narrow the gap within the same type,so as to pro⁃mote the development of health.
