SF-12量表与SF-36量表在不同职业人群生命质量调查中一致性比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较SF-12量表和SF-36量表在不同职业人群生命质量调查中信度、效度、相关性以及敏感性的一致性,为合理选择健康评估工具提供依据。方法:2022年8—10月,使用李鲁教授翻译并改版的第2版SF-36量表对3个机构职业人群开展现场问卷调查。采用Cronbach’α系数和主成分因子分析法分别分析量表的信度和效度;采用Pearson秩相关和单因素方差分析分别比较量表的相关性以及量表对人群的敏感性。结果:3个机构共发放问卷1391份,有效回收率92.16%。SF-12量表各维度的Cronbach’α系数均小于SF-36量表;SF-12量表和SF-36量表使用主成分因子分析法均可提取出2个有效因子,可有效解释总体方差的比例分别是51.83%和54.15%。SF-12量表对不同人群的敏感性不如SF-36量表。SF-12量表在生理健康层面能反映80.80%SF-36量表的信息,在心理健康层面能反映90.30%SF-36量表的信息。结论:SF-12量表虽然在信度、效度和人群敏感性上不如SF-36量表,但在生理和心理层面上均能较好地反映SF-36量表蕴含的信息。OBJECTIVE The consistency of reliability,validity,correlation and sensitivity of SF-12 and SF-36 in different occupational populations was compared,so as to provide reference for rational selection of health assessment tools.METHODS The second version of SF-36 translated and modified by Professor Li Lu was used to conduct a field questionnaire survey among the population of three institutions.Cronbach’αcoefficient and principal component factor analysis were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the scale.Pearson correlation analysis and one-way analysis of variance were used to compare the scale correlation and population sensitivity,respectively.RESULTS A total of 1391 questionnaires were distributed by three institutions,with an effective response rate of 92.16%.Cronbach’αfor each dimension of the SF-12 are all smaller than the SF-36.Both the SF-12 and SF-36 were analyzed using principal component analysis to extract two effective factors,which explained the overall variance of 51.83%and 54.15%,respectively.The sensitivity of the SF-12 to different populations was not as good as the SF-36.The SF-12 could reflect the information of 80.80%SF-36 in terms of physiological health,and 90.30%SF-36 in terms of psychological health.CONCLUSION Although the SF-12 is not as reliable,valid,and population sensitive as the SF-36,it can better reflect the information contained in the SF-36 at both physiological and psychological levels.
