摘 要:为了实现对皮带输送机的无人值守,实现减员提效,三聚盛矿对皮带输送机进行了智能化改造。在改造时,引入了AI智能识别技术实现了对煤流量的监控,并将监控的结果用于对皮带输送机运输状态进行控制。结果表明,在改造后,皮带输送机值守人员数量下降了50%左右,运输所需电能下降了25%左右,具有明显的减员提效效果。In order to realize the unattended belt conveyors and reduce staff and improve efficiency,Sanjusheng Coal Mine has carried out intelligent transformation of the belt conveyor.In the transformation,AI intelligent identification technology was introduced to realize the monitoring of coal flow,and the monitoring results were used to control the transport state of the belt conveyor.The results showed that after the transformation,the number of on-duty personnel of belt conveyors was reduced about 50%,and the electric energy required for transportation was reduced by about 25%,which had obvious effect of reducing personnel and improving efficiency.
