摘　　要：矿用防爆柴油机作为煤矿辅助运输车辆的主要动力,其安全性能十分重要。根据MT 990—2006《矿用防爆柴油机通用技术条件》中对矿用柴油机防爆试验的要求,设计了矿用防爆柴油机防爆试验台的测控系统。该系统不仅可以满足防爆试验要求,还可以对柴油机进行多种性能试验。重点分析了该试验台测控系统的硬件和软件组成、功能、原理、防爆性能试验以及关键技术等。Mine flameproof diesel engine is the main power of coal mine auxiliary transportation vehicle,so its safety performance is very important.Based on the requirement for mine flameproof diesel engine test in MT 990—2006 The General Technical Condition of the Flameproof Diesel Engine for the Mine,measurement and control system of explosion-proof test bench for mine flameproof diesel engine was designed.The system can not only satisfy the requirement of explosion protection test,but also conduct a variety of performance tests on diesel engines.The composition of hardware and software,function,principle,explosion-proof performance test and key technologies of the measurement and control system of the test bench were mainly introduced.
