摘 要:研究了石灰石粉掺量的变化对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能及干燥收缩性能的影响,并分析了石灰石粉在混凝土中的作用机理。经相关试验检测,结果表明:石灰石粉在适宜掺量范围内能使混凝土的工作性能得到改善;混凝土中掺入10%以内的石灰石粉,强度和抗氯离子渗透性能并未降低,超过此掺量,混凝土强度和抗氯离子渗透性能变差;石灰石粉会导致混凝土干缩率变大,且石灰石掺量与混凝土干缩率呈正比例关系。在混凝土中,石灰石粉的掺量不宜超过10%。The effects of different amounts of limestone flour on concrete work performance,mechanical properties,anti-chlorine ion permeability and shrinkage were studied.The mechanism of limestone flour in concrete was analyzed.The results show that the adding of limestone flour into concrete can improve the working performance of concrete,and in a certain amount range,the effect is more pronounced with the increase of addition of the limestone flour.There is no adverse effect on concrete strength and anti-chlorine ion permeability with a proportion of less than 10%limestone flour.When it′s more than 10%,the strength and chloride ion permeability of concrete will deteriorate.Limestone flour can increase the concrete dry shrinkage and the concrete shrinkage increases as the limestone flour increases.The amount of limestone flour in concrete should not exceed 10%.
