摘  要:使用3种不同的无机颜料制作3D打印彩色砂浆,探究不同颜料种类和掺量变化对3D打印彩色砂浆工作性能、力学性能和干燥收缩的影响,并借助XRD图谱了解3种无机颜料的主要成分,研究颜料对3D打印彩色砂浆水化机理产生的影响。工作性能:3D打印彩色砂浆的流变性能随着颜料掺量的增加呈现降低趋势,颜料在一定的程度可以改善3D打印彩色砂浆的挤出性,提高可建造性,降低开放时间。力学性能:随着颜料掺量的增加,3D打印彩色砂浆试件的抗折、抗压强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,红、绿、蓝3种颜料掺量为7%时,3D打印彩色砂浆颜色鲜艳靓丽,抗折、抗压强度最高。干燥收缩:颜料的掺入会降低砂浆试件的收缩性能。为以后的学者研究3D打印彩色砂浆的应用,提供技术基础。Three different inorganic pigments were used to make 3D printing color mortar,and the effects of different pigment types and dosage changes on the working performance,mechanical properties and drying shrinkage of 3D printing color mortar were investigated.The main components of the three inorganic pigments were understood by XRD pattern,and the effect of pigments on the hydration mechanism of 3D printing color mortar was studied.Working performance.The rheological properties of 3D printing color mortar decrease with the increase of pigment content.Pigments can improve the extrudability of 3D printing color mortar to a certain extent,improve the buildability and reduce the opening time.Mechanical properties.With the increase of pigment content,the flexural strength and compressive strength of 3D printing color mortar specimens increased first and then decreased.When the content of red,green and blue pigments was 7%,the color of 3D printing color mortar was bright and beautiful,and the flexural strength and compressive strength were the highest.Dry shrinkage.The incorporation of pigments will reduce the shrinkage performance of mortar specimens.It provide a technical basis for future scholars to study the application of 3D printing color mortar.
