摘  要:分块预制装配式地下综合管廊建造技术有着建设周期短、构件质量好、环境友好等优点,正得到越来越多的应用。综合管廊具有各节点功能、形状变化复杂,断面形式复杂多样的特点。因此,在构件预制过程中,容易出现异形构件难以预制,且预制构件不能通用的问题。每一个预制构件需要1个单独的模具,构件重复利用的可能性小,预制成本极高。针对以上问题,进行了预制标准化节点构件之间的连接及防水研究,提出了标准化节点的概念以及实施方法。研究成果为施工取得了预期的效果,可为类似工程项目提供借鉴与经验。Block prefabricated assembly underground integrated pipe corridor construction technology has the advantages of short construction period,good quality of components,environmentally friendly,etc.,and is being increasingly used.Integrated pipe corridor has the characteristics of complex function and shape changes of each node and complex and diverse section forms.Therefore,in the process of prefabrication of components,it is easy to have the problem that the shaped components are difficult to be prefabricated and the prefabricated components cannot be universal.Each prefabricated member needs a separate mold,the possibility of reusing the members is small,and the prefabrication cost is extremely high.In response to the above problems,it conducted a study on the connection and waterproofing between prefabricated standardized node members,and proposed the concept of standardized nodes and the implementation method.The research results achieved the expected results for construction and can provide reference and experience for similar projects.
