摘 要:以富龙西江特大桥为工程背景,研究了超细粉体材料的种类与掺量对压浆料的流动度性能、压力泌水率、自由膨胀率、抗压及抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,超细粉煤灰的掺入可提升压浆料的流动度,提升压浆料的抗压强度,提升压浆料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和抗氯离子渗透性能,但会导致压浆料压力泌水率的增加。硅灰的掺入可降低压浆料的流动度,显著提升压浆料的抗压强度,提升压浆料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和抗氯离子渗透性能。两者混合使用可提升压浆料的综合性能。总体而言,超细粉煤灰和硅灰掺量分别为20%及5%时,压浆料的各项性能相对最优。With Fulong Xi River Bridge as the engineering background,the effects of kinds and contents of ultra-fine powder on fluidity,bleeding rate,free expansion rate,compressive strength,flexural strength and chloride ion permeability were studied.The results show that the addition of ultra-fine fly ash can improve the fluidity,compressive strength,sulfate resistance and chloride ion permeability of the grouting material,but it will lead to the increase of pressure bleeding rate.The addition of silica fume can decrease the fluidity of the press paste,increase the compressive strength of the press paste,and improve the resistance to sulfate attack and chloride ion penetration.The mixed use of the two can improve the comprehensive performance of the grouting material.Generally speaking,when the content of ultra-fine fly ash and silica fume is 20%and 5%respectively,the properties of grouting material are relatively optimal.
