摘  要:针对超大深水沉井基础井壁水下混凝土施工难题,开发了1种具有缓释作用的强界面螯合型水下混凝土抗分散性能调控核心功能材料,相比同类技术提升混凝土坍落扩展度10%~40%,降低水泥流失量≥40%,减少悬浊物含量≥30%,实现3 h以上调控长效性。进一步结合灌注导管结构、布置方式优化等施工工艺,建立了“水下不分散混凝土首灌封底+自密实混凝土续灌充满”成套技术,解决了超大深水沉井基础水下混凝土施工易水洗离析、填充不密实的难题,成功应用于常泰长江大桥工程。Aiming at the construction problems of underwater concrete of the foundation shaft wall in super large deepwater caisson,a core functional material with slow release and strong interfacial chelation is developed to control the anti-dispersion properties of underwater concrete.Compared with similar technologies,it can increase concrete slump and expansion by 10%~40%,reduce cement loss by≥40%,reduce suspended matter content by≥30%,and achieve long-term control over 3 h.By further combining the construction technology of the perfusion catheter structure and the optimization of the layout method,a complete set of technology of“underwater non-dispersible concrete first filling and sealing+self-compacting concrete continuous filling”has been established,which solves the problems of easy segregation and inadequate filling during the construction of the foundation underwater concrete in the super large deepwater caisson,and it has been successfully applied to the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge.
