摘　　要：新时代高质量发展和地方区域战略性产业发展,需要高素质专门人才的支撑。人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧的不匹配现象依然存在。盐城工学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业主动服务地方产业,专业领域、职业特征和所具备的职业能力对接地方优势产业链,围绕“学生学习的产出目标”,探索专业与产业职业岗位对接、专业课程内容与职业标准对接、教学模式适应职业能力培养,提升本科应用型专门人才培养质量和职业适应能力,为区域经济发展提供强有力的支撑,为地方本科应用型人才培养提供借鉴。Both the new era high-quality advancement and the development of regional strategic industries depend greatly on the qualified professionals.The mismatch between the supply side of talent cultivation and the industrial demand side still exists.The major of mechanical design manufacturing and automation in Yancheng Institute of Technology actively serves the local industry.The professional field,speciality characteristics and technical ability are connected with the local superior industrial chain.Focusing on the output goal of students,subjects were studied including the match between major and industrial positions,the match between specialized courses and professional standards,and the teaching mode adapting to vocational ability training.These in turn improve the quality and professional adaptability of undergraduate application-oriented talents,provide strong support for regional economic development,and for the cultivation of undergraduate application-oriented talents in engineering field.
