摘 要:互联网时代随着人们购物模式的转变,催生出与实体零售运作模式及要素截然不同的以社区新零售为代表的新型业态模式,在积累了一定市场运营经验的同时,社区新零售模式出现了盲目扩张、产品质量及服务难以保障、无明确标准规范等现实问题。本文通过分析当前社区新零售模式行业发展的现状与困境,提出社区新零售模式运营的提升路径,以期提高社区新零售模式的应用发展和标准化规范。In the Internet era,the transformation of people s shopping models has given rise to a new retail model represented by community new retail,which is very different from the operation model and elements of physical retail.While accumulating a certain amount of experience in market operation,the community's new retail model emerges with realistic problems such as blind expansion,difficulty in guaranteeing product quality and services,and the absence of clear standards and norms.This paper analyses the current situation and dilemmas of the development of the community's new retail model,and puts forward the paths of improving the community operation under the new retail industry,to improve the development of the application of the community's new retail model and standardization norms.
