电商环境下“快递进村”助力乡村振兴的优化策略研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国农村电商扶持政策逐渐增多,农村电商有着广阔的发展前景,可有效发挥对乡村振兴的推动作用,在此背景下,快递进村可以推动现代农业发展、拓宽农民就业渠道、激发农村商品需求,对乡村振兴同样具有积极意义。本文在把握农村快递特征及快递进村主要模式的基础上,思考当前快递进村模式的不足及短板,进而从有效发挥政府职能,强化基础设施建设;为农村快递网络的可持续运行提供支持;提高农产品上行寄递服务渠道的畅通性;有效整合物流资源,对快递配送成本进行控制;大力培养优秀物流人才,切实增强员工服务意识等方面展开,明确当前电商环境下快递进村的优化策略,希望更好地对乡村振兴形成助力。In recent years,supporting policies for China's rural e-commerce have gradually increased.Rural e-commerce has a broad development prospect,and can effectively play a role in promoting nural revitalization.In this context,the express delivery into the village can promote the development of moder agriculture,broaden the employment channels of farmers,and stimulate demands for rural commodities,which is also of positive significance for rural revitalization.This paper,based on the characteristics of rural express and the main models of express delivery into the village,reflects on the shortcomings of current models of express delivery into the village and then clarifies optimization strategies of express delivery into the village in the current e-commerce environment:effectively playing the role of the government to strengthen the infrastructure construction,providing support for the sustainable operation of the network for the nural express,improving the smoothness of agricultural products'upstream delivery service channels,integrating logistics resources,controlling express delivery costs,vigorously cultivating excellent logistics personnel,and effectively enhancing the awareness of employee services,etc,to better promote rural revitalization.
