我国跨境资本流动的敏感因素研究

摘　　要：为推动当前全球经济一体化发展,我国近年来积极调整各项经济政策,促进经济快速稳定增长的同时,也扩大了跨境资金流动的规模,推动了国内经济金融的深化发展。跨境资本流动的敏感因素是学界研究的重点,但由于不同时代、不同国家之间的差异,目前还未得出全面结论。本文从基本经济因素、金融因素和虚拟因素三个角度对我国跨境资本流动的敏感因素进行分析,以期为制定相关经济金融政策提供参考,避免跨境资本流动对经济的负面影响,促进跨境资本流动对我国经济的正向影响。To promote curent global economic integration,China's active adjustment of economic policies in recent years has contributed to rapid and stable economic growth,as well as expanded the scale of cross-border capital flows and promoted the deepening of domestic economic and financial development.The sensitive factors of cross-border capital flows are the focus of academic research,but due to the differences between different eras and countries,no comprehensive conclusions have been reached yet.This paper analyses the sensitive factors of cross-border capital flows in China from three perspectives,namely,basic economic factors,financial factors and virtual factors,to provide references for the formulation of relevant economic and financial policies,avoiding the negative impacts of cross-border capital flows on the economy,and promoting the positive effects of cross-border capital flows on China's economic growth.
